The list is not exhaustive. Where a manufacturer name appears anywhere on this website it identifies the equipment a part is intended for, or the reference under which a part is catalogued. It never indicates that we made the part, that the manufacturer made it, or that the manufacturer authorised its sale.

2. Trademarks of third parties

All manufacturer names, brand names, trade marks, logos and model designations shown on this website are the property of their respective owners.

We use them nominatively: to describe the equipment a spare part fits, or the reference number a part replaces. This is referential use of the kind European trade mark law permits for spare parts and accessories, and it does not create or imply any association with, sponsorship by, or approval from the proprietor of the mark.

We make no claim to any third-party mark, and we do not use any third-party mark as the name or brand of a part we supply.

3. OEM, OEM-equivalent and cross-reference numbers

Three different things are easy to confuse, so we separate them explicitly:

Original (OEM) part — A part made or authorised by the original equipment manufacturer and supplied as its product. We describe a part as original only where our own purchase records support it.

OEM-equivalent / aftermarket part — A part made independently of the original equipment manufacturer for the same application. Most of our catalogue is of this class, and it is what we supply unless a listing says otherwise.

Cross-reference number — A manufacturer part number quoted so you can identify what an item replaces. Quoting it is an identification aid, never a statement that the item is that manufacturer's product.

Until a per-part classification is shown on this website, every catalogue entry is to be read as 'not original unless explicitly stated'.

4. EU trade mark exhaustion

Under Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark, a proprietor may not prohibit the use of its mark in relation to goods that were put on the market in the European Economic Area by the proprietor or with its consent.

We rely on that principle only for goods we can show were placed on the EEA market with the proprietor's consent. Everything else in our catalogue is an aftermarket part and is described as one.

5. Notice and takedown

If you hold a right, or act for a holder, and believe that any wording, image or listing on this website affects it, write to us. Please identify the right, the page address and the exact wording or image concerned, and tell us in what capacity you are writing.

We answer every notice within five (5) business days. Where we cannot substantiate a use, we amend or remove it — without prejudice, and without waiting for the question of infringement to be settled.

6. Group companies

AFM Parts Kft. (Budapest) trades in Europe. Within the same group, Avrupa Forklift Parçaları (AFP) trades in Istanbul, and both belong to Öztüzün Şirketler Grubu. Those names identify the group only. None of them carries any manufacturer affiliation, and nothing in this section extends or narrows the statements above.
